Swan Lake visits Tampere
The Finnish National Ballet visits Tampere
Swan Lake is the world’s most famous ballet, which combines Tchaikovsky’s magnificent music with a visual world of iconic beauty. Leading choreographer David McAllister’s interpretation, created to celebrate the centenary of the Finnish National Ballet, will be performed for the first time outside of the Opera House when the ballet company visits Tampere in October 2023.
The Main Auditorium of Tampere Hall will host the complete production, including all the sets and costumes. Tampere Philharmonic will provide the musical accompaniment.
