Mini opera The Barber of Seville
Cheerful and colourful mini opera
Help! Rosina is in trouble! She likes the Count, but Bartolo wants her to marry himself instead. Who could help? Figaro, of course! What follows next is half an hour of speed and surprising twists, accompanied by Rossini’s cheerful music. The numerous roles of the mini opera are interpreted by two skillful singers, and the colorful orchestral sound is created by two musicians. This performance is suitable for everyone over the age of two.

enrolment FOR DAYCARE GROUPS
Information about enrolment for daycare groups will be published on this page later.
As part of our co-operation with the municipalities of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, we offer local daycare groups the chance to participate in our Mini Opera free of charge. For daycare groups from outside the area there are some free places too. Please enrol for the performances in advance. Participants for the audience are selected taking into account first-time participants and municipal co-operation.
The performances will take place at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. See all possible performance dates on the registration form.
spring 2025 tour
Opera and Ballet will go on tour with the Swedish version of the Mini opera The Barber of Seville in spring 2025. The tour is intended for Swedish-speaking preschools. Enrolment has ended. Please make sure to choose the correct city when you register.
