The COVID Pass is required of all visitors aged 16 and above to all events and performances from 4 December. If you are unable to attend a performance because of the COVID Pass, you can cancel your tickets to the Phantom of the Opera by signing in to your user account or by telephone until 48 hours before the performance. Cancellations by email are not accepted. For more information about cancellations due to the COVID Pass, please see our information for staying safe.
The sales terms and conditions and concessions for tickets to the Phantom of the Opera and the Love Never Dies concerts differ from the general sales and delivery terms and conditions of the Finnish National Opera and Ballet.

Please note that tickets for the Phantom of the Opera and Love Never Dies concert are non-refundable. They can only be exchanged for another performance of the Phantom of the Opera or Love Never Dies no later than 48 hours before the start time of the original performance. To exchange tickets, call our customer service or visit our customer service desk in Töölönlahti. Tickets cannot be exchanged by e-mail. A service fee of EUR 5/ticket will be charged at the event of exchange Please note that group tickets (10 or more tickets) are non-changeable.
If your new ticket is more expensive than your first ticket, you will be charged the difference in ticket cost. Should the new ticket be cheaper, the difference will not be refunded.
