Ticket sales for The Phantom of the Opera start on Monday 7 May at 12pm. The sales terms and conditions and concessions for the blockbuster musical differ from the general sales terms and conditions of the Finnish National Opera and Ballet.

The musical is a co-production with The Really Useful Group.

Concessions

Concessions apply to limited seats in the stalls and the first and second balcony. Concessionary tickets are available for Monday to Thursday performances.

Groups: 10% discount per ticket for groups of 20 or more people. When you buy at least 20 tickets at the same time, the 21st ticket is free. Group tickets are not available via the online store. They can be bought at the FNO box office and the service desks of Stockmann department stores, as well as by telephone at +358 (0)9 4030 2211 (Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 12pm to 6pm).

Children and young adults: 20% discount per ticket for under twenty-year-olds.

Students: 20% discount per ticket.

Pensioners: 5% discount per ticket.

Proof of concession must be presented upon request when arriving at the performance.

Please note that we do not accept bookings for the most economical tickets for the third balcony (€20).

Delivery fees

Tickets for The Phantom of the Opera can be bought in the online store at oopperabaletti.fi/en, at the FNO box office, and at Stockmann department stores. The ticket cost is the same in the online store and the FNO box office. The Stockmann service desks charge a service fee of €1.50 per ticket or season ticket.

Tickets for The Phantom of the Opera are non-exchangeable. On a change of schedule or a cancellation of a performance because of force majeure, the ticket price will be refunded in exchange for the original ticket within one month of the change or cancellation. The Finnish National Opera and Ballet cannot accept responsibility for other expenses incurred.
