Order refreshments in advance
We are taking the safety of our audience and employees very seriously. All refreshments ordered in advance will be laid out on the table assigned to you. Please order your refreshments in good time through our online store, by telephone, at a customer service desk, or via the mobile app.
On the day of the performance, you can still enquire about refreshments for Monday to Friday performances until 4 p.m. on the same day by telephone or in person. Refreshments for weekend performances must be ordered by 4 p.m. on the Friday before. Should tables still be available, you can also order refreshments at our customer service point one hour before the performance.
The refreshment counters in the foyers are at your service as always – the champagne bar and the service counter in the Carmen corner are open before performances and during intervals, while the Juha Corner service counter is open during intervals only. Face masks are recommended for everyone over 12 years old visiting the Opera House, unless they have a health condition preventing them from doing so.
The Opera House doors open 1.5 hours before a performance, and pre-performance refreshments will be laid out on tables one hour before the performance starts. Service counters will also open one hour before the performance.
Please only visit us when you are feeling well! You can cancel your ticket and refreshments up to seven hours before the start of the performance. Read more about sales terms and conditions.
