Press photos
The photos in the Opera and Ballet media bank may be freely used by the media in connection with stories on the FNOB.
Register to receive user IDs for the media bank. Note that it may take 1 to 3 working days to process the registration request. In urgent cases, please contact the FNOB Press Office. Please send an e-mail to press@opera.fi to notify us of changes in your contact details.
Requests for interviews
Please contact the FNOB Press Office to submit requests for interviews with any performers of the Opera or Ballet or other employees of the FNOB. We will forward your request and provide journalists and photographers with visitor passes and photo permits as necessary.
Press tickets
Journalists and critics writing about the Opera and Ballet may request press tickets from the FNOB Press Office.
Other media representatives may purchase tickets to any performance at a media discount one week before the performance, unless the performance is sold out. The discount is granted separately for each production and performance and does not apply to returns. The media discount is granted on display of a membership card of the Union of Journalists in Finland or an affidavit from your employer testifying that you work in media.
Annual report
The annual report and financial statement of the Foundation of the Finnish National Opera and Ballet is published online in PDF format (in Finnish). If you require a printed copy of the annual report, you may request one from the FNOB Press Office.
