Lucky Dip terms of sale

A Lucky Dip ticket costs EUR 40–50 and entitles the holder to the best available seat in the stalls or balcony (value at least EUR 67 including the service fee). You may buy a Lucky Dip ticket online at any time, but you will not receive your actual ticket (seat) until the day of the performance; you may then collect it from the Opera box office when arriving for the performance or earlier in the day, from 12.00 onwards. Your actual ticket will be issued in exchange for your Lucky Dip ticket.

Lucky Dip tickets will be redeemed on a first come, first served basis, and the seats allocated will be the best available seats selected by the FNOB, principally in the stalls. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that a customer who buys two Lucky Dip tickets will end up with two adjacent seats.

Lucky Dip tickets are only available for performances, and there is a limited number of such tickets per performance. Purchases are limited to two tickets per customer. Sale of Lucky Dip tickets ends on the day before the performance or when the quota has been sold out, whichever comes first.

Lucky Dip tickets will not be exchanged (unless you have a Flexi-Ticket) or refunded. In case of a repertoire change or a performance cancelled due to force majeure, the ticket price will be refunded if you present your original ticket within one month of the change or cancellation. The FNOB shall not be liable for any other related costs.
