One ticket, six national art institutions – and hundreds of options!

Finland will soon celebrate a major anniversary! The centenary year 2017 provides a special reason to visit art exhibitions and museums and enjoy theatre, opera and ballet.

Finland’s largest art institutions will celebrate the country’s 100 years of independence by introducing Culture Pass, a ticket that will allow you to enjoy culture more easily and more extensively than ever before.

The sale of Culture Pass ends on 16th June 2017.

Get a Culture Pass to celebrate Finland’s centenary year!

By buying a Culture Pass you will gain admission to the National Theatre, National Opera and Ballet, National Museum, Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art, Ateneum Art Museum and Sinebrychoff Art Museum. With Culture Pass you can visit every institution once.

The Culture Pass costs EUR 100 and is valid for the calendar year 2017. The value of the ticket is considerably greater than its purchase price. You may purchase the Culture Pass for yourself, share it with a friend or give it away as a gift. You are free to choose when to visit museums and which performances to attend.

Book and purchase tickets for the performances of your choice at the relevant box office. There may be restrictions on use for individual performances.

Culture Pass terms and conditions at Opera and Ballet

At the FNOB, the Culture Pass entitles you to obtain one ticket to an opera or ballet performance, space permitting. The Culture Pass is also not valid for premieres, Finland celebrates! -concerts or for guest performances at the FNOB. There are also performance-specific and seat-specific restrictions on the use of the Culture Pass for performances in the main auditorium.

Please note that the Culture Pass may be used for obtaining an opera and ballet ticket only at the FNOB box office, open Mon–Fri 12–19, Sat 12–18.
